Ingredients
chopped yellow onion (to taste)

cup Panko breadcrumbs
Directions
1.
Fill your sous vide machine according to instructions.
2.
Set the temperature to 136 F.
3.
Mix everything together with a spatula until it is ready.
4.
Form into three patties.
5.
Use your vacuum sealer to put each patty in it's own bag.
7.
When the water has hit 136, insert your sealed bags with the burgers.
8.
While the burgers cook in your sous vide machine, set up your grill.
9.
In an hour and a half, take them out.
10.
Grill the burgers for 2 minutes on each side.
11.
Serve on grilled buns with your favorite cheese.
12.
No need for ketchup, these will be so juicy.
