1/2-3 lbs boiler fryer chickens (ready to cook)

-4 tsp. of curry powder, to taste

cloves garlic, left whole just smashed a bit
1/2-1
tsp. of cayenne pepper
Directions

Place all ingredients into a large stock pot with a lid.

Bring to a boil on high heat for 15 minutes.
