Ingredients

thin or pounded thin chicken breasts
*Taco seasoning or taco seasoning packet
1
package of whipped light cream cheese
*Fresh roasted green chili 6-8 (approx 1 per chicken)

packages of hickory smoked bacon
Directions
1.
Prepare chicken, wash and lay flat
2.
coat the open side of the chicken with homemade taco seasoning or 1 store bought package
3.
spread cream cheese long ways and stop short of the end, leave room to roll them
4.
place pealed green chili on cream cheese
5.
roll chicken like a cinnamon bun and wrap all angles with sliced bacon. Use toothpicks to keep it in place and secure the filling inside

Bake in a pre-heated @ 350 for 45-55 minutes

Serve with fresh veggies and enjoy!
