boneless, skniless chicken breasts

slices hot pepper cheese
Directions

Slice garlic cloves thinly. With a small knife, cut small slices in chicken and insert sliced garlic. Use 1 clove per breast. Shake cajun spice on both sides of chicken. Spray bottom of frying pan and place on medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cover pan with foil. When chicken gets browned flip over and cook until browned on that side. Reduce heat and continue to cook until no longer pink inside. Flip chicken over and add hot pepper cheese. Turn heat off and cover pan with foil. Check to see when cheese melts. Serve immediately.
