Ingredients

Â½ cup cilantro leaves

Â¼ cup orange juice

Â¼ cup olive oil

jalapeno, seeded and chopped fine

Â¼ tsp. cumin

Â½ tsp. Kosher salt

Directions

Mix together in a resealable plastic bag and marinade meat or seafood for at least 30-60 minutes. Bake, broil or grill as directed.
