cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
Directions
1.
Cut the strips of bacon into 1 inch pieces.
2.
Cook the spaguetti according to box instructions.
3.
Mix the 3 eggs, half and half and cheese in a bowl.
4.
Whisk together and set aside in bowl.
5.
Cook the bacon for 10 minutes until it is crispy.
6.
When the pasta is ready, strain but DO NOT RINSE.
7.
Add the pasta to the bowl with the egg mixture.
8.
Mix, the heat from the pasta will cook the eggs.
9.
Serve immediately, season with salt and pepper and add extra cheese if desired.
