oz Mexican Velveeta Cheese
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400

Cook the Meat in a skillet mixing in the chili powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper until browned.

Meanwhile cook rice according to instructions on bag. (Meat and rice should finish at about the same time.)

When rice is cooked for the length of time specified, pour rice directly into a 9x9 caserole dish (or the equivalent).

Mix in the Velveeta Cheese in and then stir the meat in gently until blended well.

Put into the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then allow to cool for 3 minutes, and serve.
