Description: Finger licking and delicious with a surprise for your tongue
Ingredients
- 4 pork ribs
1 C orange juice
4 oz peach schnapps
1 tsp orange zest
1.5 tsp tumeric
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground ginger
1 tsp ground marsala
1/4 C red vinegar
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Spare Ribs in an Orange Demi Glaze:
Mix all ingredients
Marinate pork in mixture overnight
Next morning cook in wok or pan for 10 minutes until glaze caramelizes
