Ingredients
fresh Coriander leaves -1cup
Mango powder-to taste- twice the salt amount usually-( to balance the chilli)
Directions
1.
Wash: Green chillies & Coriander
2.
Peel: Garlic pods & ginger
3.
Roughly grind/grate: all the fresh items ( remember to remove seeds from the green chilli)

and add salt and Mango powder

try it with Nachos, or some really boring bland rice...then get back to me:)

-You can substitute mango powder with Lemon juice aswell...in case of emergency!!
