I'm a Fan Too

Description:

This spicy dip is of Thai origin. Using sour mango with this dip will add a unique flavour of sweet, sour and spicy taste. The fish sauce gives a little salty taste while the sour mango mellow done with the tangy sweet, spicy dip. If mango is not available try green apple, it has to be sour to blend well with the dip. Chilli is one of the main highlight of this sauce. Please do not leave it out entirely. Cut the mango in small thin slice.
