I learnt this from my mother and have done some small changes to suite my taste buds. This dish can be eaten with Rice and Daal or Rotis/Nan/Bread

Ingredients

big potatoes, 3-4 Tomatoes, i bulb garlic, Red Pepper powder,black pepper, salt to taste,Oil to stir fry

Directions

1.
Wash the potatoes and slice them. Finely cut tomatoes and finely cut the garlic.Heat the oil in the wok and add garlic to it. Cook it till it is brown . Add the tomatoes and mix it well. Cook the tomatoes. Add salt to taste and red pepper powder to the tomatoes and mix it well. Add the potatoe slices and mix it well, Cover it and keep stirring so that the potatoes dont stick to the bottom. When the potatoes are cooked, add some corsely ground black pepper to it and mix well. Serve with Daal and Rice or Rotis/Naan/Bread.
