Ingredients
⢠1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
⢠1 cup yellow split peas
⢠1 stalk celery, chopped
⢠1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1. In a large saucepan heat the olive oil, then sautee carrot, celery, onion and curry for up to 5 min.

2. Add water, peas and the salt.

3. Let it simmer while stirring occasionally for 45 to 50 min until the mixture becomes very thick.
