Ingredients

Crust
3/4
cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/2
cup sugar
1
2/3 cups all-purpose flour
3
tbsp milk
Filling
3/4
cup powdered sugar
1
(8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1
tbsp orange juice
1
tsp freshly grated orange zest
Topping
1
pint strawberries, sliced or raspberries*
1/2
cup fresh blueberries*
1/4
cup apple jelly, melted

Directions

1.
* Heat oven to 400°F. Combine butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
2.
*Add flour and milk; beat at low speed until well mixed.
3.
*Press dough onto bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.
4.
*Prick bottom with fork. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
5.
* Combine all filling ingredients in small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Spread over top of cooled crust.
6.
* Refrigerate until firm (1 to 2 hours).
7.
*Just before serving, arrange fruit on filling in design of American flag using strawberry slices for stripes and blueberries for stars.
8.
* Brush fruit and filling with apple jelly.
