Ingredients
* 2 cups of fresh strawberries
* 2 tbsp of DeLallo Private Stock Balsamic Vinegar
* 3 tbsp of granulated sugar
Directions

Clean and quarter the strawberries (or in the case of smaller berries, cut in half) and add to a mixing bowl. Drizzle the strawberries with the vinegar and add three tablespoons of sugar. Stir to combine. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for one hour to let flavours absorb prior to serving.
