package frozen strawberries, in syrup, or 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Directions

Beat egg white until soft peaks form.
2.
Gradually beat in powdered sugar and then gradually add strawberries and beat until light, fluffy and stiff peaks form Enough frosting for 2 9" layers.
3.
Refrigerate cake after frosting.
4.
Make sure cake is completely cooled before icing.
