Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (about 8 ounces)
* 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
* 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
* 1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes
* 1/2 cup diced peeled apple
* 3 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
Directions

1. Combine, grapes, apple, pineapple, dried currants, and chicken breasts.

2. Then combine mayonnaise, honey, curry powder, lemon juice and salt, stir while whisking with pepper.

3. Pour mayonnaise mixture over chicken mixture.

4. Toss gently to coat then sprinkle with almonds.

5. Cover and refrigerate/ chill.
