Ingredients

small bag of elbow macaroni
1
package of mild cheddar cheese
1
lb of cubed ham (turkey ham will do fine)
1
can of slived black olives
Directions

Cook the macaroni and rinse until cool. Julian the cheese, this is quicker if you keep your knife cold or oily or use a cheese slicer. Slice and chop 1/2 of the bun of celery. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients, mixing in mayo, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.

This feeds a LOT of people and is great for a potluck or picnic. I take it camping all the time, keeping it very cool in its own cooler because of the mayo and meat.
