Super Quick Black Bean and Avocado Salad
This really easy salad is great served as a side with other Mexican dishes. Kids love it.

| 1 | can black beans, drained |
| 1 | large avocado, chopped into small chunks |
| 1 | cup of your favorite salsa |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | Stir all ingredients together. Chill. |
| Step 2 | Add a clove of garlic if you are a garlic fanatic like me. |
| Step 3 | If you don't eat it all at once, add a little lemon juice before storing it to keep the avocado looking fresh. |
