Super Quick Black Bean and Avocado Salad

This really easy salad is great served as a side with other Mexican dishes. Kids love it.

Servings:

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained
1 large avocado, chopped into small chunks
1 cup of your favorite salsa

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 Stir all ingredients together. Chill.
Step 2 Add a clove of garlic if you are a garlic fanatic like me.
Step 3 If you don't eat it all at once, add a little lemon juice before storing it to keep the avocado looking fresh.
