Description: A healthy fruit recipe that everybody may enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Swanson Soy Advantage, vanilla flavor
1/2 tablespoon of Swanson Flaxseed Oil
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 large ripe banana
1/2 tablespoon of Swanson Fructose or honey
1 teaspoon of Swanson Psyllium Husk
12 ounces of cold water
6 to 8 ice cubes
Directions
Swanson Breakfast Smoothie:
Peel and slice the banana, then place all ingredients in the blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
