Ingredients

can whole kernel corn (17 oz. can)
1/4
c. chopped green pepper or pimento, optional
Directions

Drain liquid from corn.

Beat eggs for about 3 minutes.

Into mixing bowl, pour corn, onions, green pepper, sugar, baking powder and cottage cheese.

Pour mixture into greased casserole.
8.
Lightly warm liquid from corn, add butter until it melts.
9.
Pour this over contents of casserole.
10.
Bake in preheated oven (325 degrees) until golden brown on top.
