egg yolks or 1 entire egg
Directions

Beat egg very well, until creamy and fluffy.

3/4 t. powdered mustard

And wisk until very well incorporated.

Add 1/4 c salad oil ONE t. at a time, then add 3/4 c. oil ONE T. at a time.
10.
Add 1 1/2 T lemon juice and blend.
11.
Continue to add remaining oil, beating constantly until mixture is thick and smooth.
12.
Makes approx. 1 3/4 cups.
