Ingredients

7
Sweet Potatoes
1
cup of butter
1/4
cup honey
1
tsp chili powder optional for spice)
1
tbls seasoning salt

Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel sweet potatoes. Cut potatoes into sticks (fry shape :)) and wash o remove excess starch. Pat dry with paper towels. Melt butter and add honey. Glaze fries with the honey-butter mixture. Spread glazed fries onto cookie sheet and sprinkle with mixture of seasoning salt and chili powder if you want. I like to coat the bottom of the pan with a little olive oil it helps the cooking and makes it harder to burn the fries. They bake for quite a while. Just check them with a fork to see if they are ready. Should be soft inside like friens and crispy on the outside. My sister eats them with ketchup like regular fries but most others prefer them alone.
