Cloves Garlic, pressed or chopped

Tbsp Vinegar (your favorite type.. balsamic and apple cider work well)
Directions

Rinse lentils and boil them in the water for about half an hour. Add garlic. Cook lentils and garlic until lentils are fully tender and most of the water is boiled off. Add the oil, honey, vinegar and seasonings then cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
