cup boiling water, 1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth), 1 tbsp fresh ginger (if you have dried, use only half tbsp), 1 tbsp lemon juice (or lime, or orange), 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

Get your water boiling in a pot and add all of the other ingredients, stir until smooth and warmed through. Use with noodles or chicken or pork, it's very versatile and super delicious!
