Ingredients

cup diced turkey (white or dark)
1
pkg. frozen or 2 cans of mixed vegetables or a combination of both.

can mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1
to 2 cans of boiled potato
1
small can of mushrooms-or you can use fresh chopped mushrooms. (optional)
Directions

Using a 8x10 glass baking pan, melt the butter and mix the flour and milk. Pour mixture into pan.

In a large bowl, combine all the above ingredients. Stir together and pour onto batter. Cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
