pounds hamburger meat, 2 cans rotel tomatoes, one cup of corn, water, sour cream, cheese, corn chips, salt, pepper and garlic

Fry two pounds of hamburger meat with onions, salt and peper and garlic to taste. Drain, the add water to cover well. Add two cans of rotel tomatoes, a cup or more of corn and simmer until flavors are blended, about 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream, grated cheese, corn chips.
