pound octopus, cut into bite-size pieces

cup green onion, chopped
1/4
cup chopped pickled red ginger

Chop into small pieces.

Put the flour, dashi soup, and eggs into a bowl.

Mix until it is like a thick soup.

Put oil inside Takoyaki pan.

Pour batter into the cups of the pan to the brim.

Mix the octopus, red ginger and green onion.

Put the octopus mixture into the holes in the pan.
9.
Grill balls while turning so they don't burn (you can do this with a pick).
10.
When the balls are brown they are ready for serving.
