Directions

1. Mix the yogurt and tandoori paste.

2. Add garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, garam masala and turmeric and blend well.

3. Rinse the chicken drumsticks in cold water. Mix in the tandoori marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours, or overnight.

4. Drain chicken well. Cook on medium- hot grill for 5 mins. Turn over.

5. Grill for 7- 10 mins longer until chicken in cooked.
