Description:

This is a very delicious and healthy vegetarian roll from Vietnam. This is one of my daughters and my favorites!!!

Ingredients

For the Rolls:
1.
Dried Rice Papers
2.
Chopped Lettuce
3.
Chopped Cabbage
4.
Beansprouts
5.
Chopped Cumcumber
6.
Chopped Carrots
7.
Any Other Chopped Vegetable You Like
8.
Rice Vermicelli
9.
Chopped Basil
10.
Chopped Mint
11.
Chopped Thai Basil
11.
Chopped Corriander Leaves
For the Nuoc Cham:
1
tbsp nuoc mam
1
tbsp of soy sauce (optional)
3
tbspns lime juice
1
garlic clove (minced)
2
in ginger root (minced)(optional)
1
fresh hot rd chili (minced)
1/2
tspn sugar

Directions

1.
1. Chop all vegetables into thin sticks (except bean sprouts)
2.
2. Boil rice vermicelli to soften (cook like spaghetti)
3.
2. Soften rice paper by placing paper in warm water (I usually have a bowl set aside with the warm water)
4.
3. For each roll, add your rice vermicelli, vegetables and herbs
5.
4. Seal roll
6.
5. Serve with Nuoc Cham
7.
(please note that if you are not serving rolls immediately, rolls need to be kept moist and refridgerated)
