Ingredients

⢠1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

pound thinly sliced prosciutto

⢠2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
⢠1 cup half-and-half cream

tsp cayenne pepper
Directions

1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Saute onion, celery, and garlic in oil; stir until soft.

2. Add the prosciutto and vodka. Simmer until almost all liquid is gone.

3. Add the tomatoes, cayenne, and herbs then simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Stir and heat for 3 minutes.

5. Cook pasta in a boiling salted water until cooked. Drain then serve sauce over noodles.
