Ingredients
⢠2 cups cooked black beans
⢠1 firm banana (or Mango)
⢠3-4
tbsp fresh cilantro
⢠1 tbsp orange juice (optional)
Directions

1. Cook black beans or you can use drained canned beans.

2. Combine all ingredients above in a bowl and mix well.
3.
3. Chop the banana into small square pieces.
4.
4. Put the banana pieces into the mixture gently not to bruise the bananas.
5.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste, add orange and lemon juices gently into the mixture.
6.
6. Chill the mixture and serve cold.
