(750 milliliter) bottle red wine
Directions

1.Wash the turkey thoroughly then stuff with onion.

2. Using salt and pepper rub entirely the exterior.

3.In a deep aluminum roasting pan, put the turkey then place the pan on the grill's grate.

4.Pour wine over the turkey then cover the top of the turkey with foil.

5.Cover the grill with the lid and open the vents.
6.
6.Grill turkey for about 60 to 90 minutes and baste often.

7. If ever the wine evaporates, you might need to add water to the pan
