lbs. Browned Ground Beef or Turkey (for leaner dish).

cps. Cubed Yellow Summer Squash
4
cps. Croutons OR Cube Toasted Bread
3
cps. Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Directions

In big cassarole dish add ground beef (turkey for low cal.)

mix in one at a time squash,zucchini,croutons, riccotta cheese and seasonings.Mix well then top with bread crumb.

Bake at 325* for 30-35 min.until top is golden brown.Serve as main dish and great for hearty healthy lunch.
