Description:

Originally, I didn't have a name for this. I sometimes called it, "that chocolate marble pie I make." That was before I started making it for my Theatre companies. Once I started bringing it around for parties or birthdays, everyone started calling it "Sex Pie." I didn't name it, so it really does have to be that good. This is NOT a healthy dessert. I don't know exactly how many calories are in it (my dad and I just say, "A MEELLION,") so you doom yourself when you eat this! But it's oh so worth it. This recipe yields two pies. And believe me, for whatever situation you make this pie (unless it's just for yourself), two pies will BARELY be sufficient. I never measure for this recipe, so you'll have to forgive me if it's vague. You MAY need to reduce how much white chocolate you melt, depending on how much you like it. However, it should turn out just fine.

Ingredients

12
oz (1 bag) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
9
oz (3/4 bag) White Chocolate Chips
1
Pint WHIPPING Cream (NOT whipped!!)
2
Graham Cracker Pie Crusts

Directions

1.
1. You will need two separate bowls for this. Pour your bag of Chocolate Chips and your bag of White Chocolate Chips into separate bowls.
2.
2. Pour WHIPPING cream over each set of chips, until they're just barely covered.
3.
3. Microwave each in turn about 1 min-1min30
4.
4. Mix melted semi-sweet chocolate chips until creamy and smooth (the same with White chocolate chips).
5.
5. Pour the chocolate into the pie crusts about 1/4 full. Take a spoon and drizzle white chocolate over the semi-sweet chocolate.
6.
6. Repeat, layering semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate until the pie crusts are full or the chocolates are out.
7.
7. Once filled, take a knife, rubber spatula, or spoon and swirl the chocolate and white chocolate until it has a marble-like appearance.
8.
8. Cover both pies and place in freezer for two hours or over night.
9.
9. Voila! Delicious pies for a party!
