Thick n Creamy Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Description:

This is a rich and creamy fruit smoothie that is as thick as a malt or a shake, yet low in fat and calories. Great for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me up or an after hours cocktail if you add some rum. Either way, you will be transported to the tropics on a warm day with this delicious smoothie. The secret to the thick creamy texture is the instant pudding, making it very smooth and adding a banana flavor boost and sweetness without adding sugar. The sugar-free Torani coconut syrup adds coconut flavor and sweetness, but not the sugar or the fat of coconut milk.
