Ingredients

6
cups water
3
tbsp agar-agar powder (9 tbsp agar-agar flakes)
1
cup splenda
4
tbsp Benefiber
½ tsp Vanilla extract
A few drops each Rose extract and Almond extract
A few drops each green and red food color

Directions

1.
Put 6 cups water in saucepan. Add agar-agar powder, allow to sit for at least ten minutes. Add Splenda and Benefiber, stir. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring. Dissolve everything completely – make sure it boils for at least five minutes.
2.
Measure out two cups of the mixture into a clear dish (9x9 square works well). Add a few drops of rose extract and red food coloring, refridgerate until set (10 to 15 minutes). While it is in the fridge, keep the mixture on the stove on the lowest heat setting, stirring occasionally. Separate out 2 cups of the mixture into a bowl; add ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract and gently pour over first layer. Allow to set again; add a few drops of almond extract and green food coloring into the remaining mixture, and gently pour it over the first two layers. Allow to set and chill until ready to serve. Makes about six servings, essentially calorie free, and provides about four grams of fiber!!! Not to mention it is lovely and delicious.
