Ingredients
- 1 box lasagna noodles
1 package of silken tofu
1 bottle tomato sauce
1 pkg. frozen spinach
add mushrooms if you like
salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil
1 small can of tomato sauce
Directions
Tofu Lasagna:
Cook package according to package instructions.
Defrost frozen spinach.
Crumble tofu in bowl with seasoning.
In flat casserole dish, start building layers: pasta, seasoned tofu, sauce, spinach, mushrooms etc. The last layer should be a layer of noodles.
Pour tomato sauce on top and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
P.S. there is lots of room for change in this recipe, depending on the taste you want to achieve.
