tomato, 2 gms anise, 2 gms cinnamom, 2 gms cloves, 3 gms garlic, 1 gm sugar, 5 gms greens, 5 gms curry leaves, 2 onion, 1 gm turmeric
Directions

First make rice, mustard boil with oil. Cut the onion and garlic, make into pieces. Fry tomato, anise, and cinnamon, cloves, garlic, onion in oil. After10 minutes grind above fry items. Add half cup of water with the mixture masala and boil. After 5 minutes add salt, turmeric powder, sugar, greens, curry leaves, and gingili oil. Stir the rice and above mixture masala. We get tomato clove rice to serve.
