Ingredients

eggs
1
1/2 Tbsp heavy cream
salt and pepper
2
canned truffles(cut into thin strips) with the juice
Toasted bread

Directions

1.
Scramble the eggs with the cream.
2.
Add a little salt and pepper.
3.
Add a little juice from the truffles.
4.
Cook in a sauce pan over low heat while stirring with a wooden spoon.
5.
Add the truffles.
6.
Serve over toast.
