Few drops of almond essence.
Few drops of rum or orange juice
Directions

Beat butter and sugar to create a spongy cream. Add almond essence, cocoa and the crushed almond. Beat it strongly. Add enough crumbs of cake to make a sticky mix. Add rum or orange juice. Work the mix to make a tube form. Cut and make balls with the mix. Sprinkle the toppings in the balls.
