Directions

The sushi rice should be already made.
2.
Let the rice come to room temperature.
3.
Dry the tuna with paper towels.
4.
Slice the tuna thinly on a slight diagonal against the grain.

Dab a tiny tiny amount of wasabi on your finger and dab that onto the tuna.
6.
Go sparingly as wasabi is very spicy.
7.
Moisten your hands with water.
8.
Make 8 small balls of rice.
9.
Shape it so it looks like a rectangle and an oval at the same time.
10.
Grab a slice of fish and put it on top of the rice.
11.
Press down with your finger to make the fish stick to your rice.
12.
Dip the fish side into some soy sauce.
