Description:

Tuna has pretty much everything that is good for you: B3, B6, B12, D, E, and lots more. This is a great way to get healthy.

Ingredients

T shoyu
1
T clear honey

crushed garlic cloves
1
T lemon juice
2
T olive oil
ground black pepper

tuna steaks

Directions

1.
Make a marinate by mixing the first six ingredients.
2.
Coat fish in the marinate and leave for 3 hours in fridge.
3.
Broil tuna three min on each side, add a little marinate to stop tuna from becoming dry.
4.
Serve.
