Ingredients
ï§ 1 TB minced sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
ï§ 1 egg, lightly beaten
ï§ 1 lb. lean ground turkey
Directions

Line a large shallow baking pan with foil; oil lightly.

Combine all ingredients but turkey, cheese, and oil. Add combined ingredients to turkey using hands â handling as little as possible to keep tender.

Tear off pieces to form meatballs about 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter. Stuff center of each meatball with feta (about ½ tsp); shape a meatball around the cheese. Brush or drizzle prepared meatballs with olive oil.

Broil the meatballs about 8 inches from the heat source for about 10 minutes. Turn and broil for 10 minutes longer.

Put the meatballs in a large saucepan and cover with your favorite pasta sauce, homemade or purchased. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
