Wash the leftover turkey pieces or the boiled turkey pieces Remove the bone and shred the turkey pieces. Then mix chilly, turmeric and salt over it. Take a pan and heat oil stir fry the turkey until brown. Drain the content into a plate and heat oil again to sauté the very finely cut onions. Once the onions are brown in color add chopped chilies, turmeric powder, salt and pepper. Stir for 2 minutes now add the fried turkey and mix all the contents remove form fire and add the cut coriander leaves. Stuff this filling in the bread to make sandwiches. Toast these sandwiches and serve hot.
