Ingredients

1/2
kilo of honey.
1/2
kilo of sugar.
1/2
kilo of milled almond.
100gr of milled nuts.
100gr of milled pine nuts.
1
spoon of cinnamon.
2
spoons of cilantro.

Directions

1.
1º Mix the almond, the nuts and the pine nuts.
2.
2º Crushed in a mortar adding a spoon of sugar sometimes until it became in a soft mix
3.
3º Drop the honey in a casserole add the mix the sugar left and the cilantro.
4.
4º Mixed until it get an uniform aspect.
5.
5º Fill molds with the mix sprinkling the cinnamon.
6.
6º Cover the molds with a wood lid.
7.
7º Put weight above the molds.
8.
8º Rest it during 10 days.
9.
The wait is worth.
