kilo of milled almond.
100gr of milled pine nuts.
Directions

Mix the almond with the pine nuts and the nuts. Crush the mix mortar adding spoons of sugar. Crushed again until it become in a thin mix. Put the honey in a casserole add the mix, the left sugar and the cilantro. Fill molds with the final mix and sprinkle the cinnamon.

Cover it with a wood lid. Put weigh above and keep it rest 10 days.
