Ingredients

cup sliced black olives, drained

cup sliced green olives, drained

cup reserved mozzarella marinade

bunch fresh basil, coarsely chopped

oz. container fresh mozzarella balls

loaf crusty Italian bread, cut into one inch cubes

cucumbers peeled, diced and seeded
1
dozen small tomatoes, diced
Directions

Let bread cubes to sit overnight on baking sheet.

In a large salad bowl mix bread cubes with cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, olives and basil and set aside.

Remove cheese balls from marinade and set aside.
4.
Place reserved marinade in mixing bowl and whisk in vinegar.
5.
Add over salad and toss gently.
6.
Allow to stand for thirty minutes in refrigerator.
7.
Right before serving add mozzarella balls to salad and mix gently.
