Ingredients

pound of bulk Italian sausage
2
cans of Bush's cannellini beans
½ cup of diced red bell peppers
½ cup of diced yellow bell peppers
1
quart of vegetable broth
3
cups of chopped fresh spinach
1¼ tsp. of Italian seasoning
salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

In a 3-quart stockpot, brown sausage over medium-high heat.

Add all ingredients except for the beans and bring to a rolling boil.
4.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
5.
Add beans and cook 10 additional minutes.
6.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
7.
Serve in warm soup bowls over a piece of crusty Italian bread.
8.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
