cups mung bean (mungo) sprouts
1
2/3 cups shrimp juice (do this by taking the heads out and crushing it in 1 2/3 cups water)

green onions, finely chopped
Directions

1. Mix flour, egg, shrimp juice, mung bean sprouts, shrimp garlic and salt. Finely cut green onions and mix all ingredients together.

2. Heat oil for frying. It is ready when a slight haze comes out of it.

3. Take a small amount of the mixture and fry it in the shape of pancakes.

The ukoy will be done when the outside is brown and crispy. Serve with a dip made from vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic.
