Ingredients

Deli sliced ham (1-2 slices per serving)
Eggs (1 per serving)
Shreaded Cheese (optional)

Directions

Fit one to two slices of deli ham into the pockets of a muffin tin, making sure that the ham comes up on all sides (so the egg will not leak through). Crack one egg into each ham-filled pocket. Bake in the oven at 350 until egg is cooked through. If you like cheese, sprinkle some on top of the egg immedately after taking out of the oven. Allow to cool a few minutes; serve while still warm. For an even greater Valentine effect, make these tasty ham and eggs in a heart-shaped muffin tin.
